Average product. Better go for Crompton Optimus
1 Star for Amazon delivery. They have delivered the product after 24 days when buyer and seller are in the same state that too with lot of escalations.Coming to the product.Product has slightly bigger dimensions then personal coolers so you get decent amount of air flow upto 5 feet from the cooler.Vertical swing is great works perfectly if using for 2 people’s.Stand and cooler build quality is of very poor plastic, I can see bend from side. Quality should be improved.Cooling is okish, just bring down temperature by 1-2 °C, can’t expect more.Doesn’t have separate ice chamber but you can always put ice in water chamber.155 watts wise it is better than personal coolers.If you are away than 5 feet from this cooler and are in directions away from the dimensions of the fan then this cooler doesn’t cool.

facing issues in 10 days only
i bought the product in very less price in offer and seller made it unavailable and amazon and seller both told me to cancel but i fought for price and id not canceled because they incresed priced by 3000rs the worst service i got from amazon nowdays i got delevery after one month and product was defective from start i have to rotate fan to start cooler i did not returned due to heavy summer now fan completly stopped not moving ,i complained for service now service man also not coming for repair also we cant trust whether parts are relacd orignal or dublicate cooler became useless in 10 days only waiting for service i am calling daily ,also they given a wats app number for support to register complain my complain is open but no solution ,i am calling service man again and again ,i ll never buy product from amazon past one month amaon has tourchered me regarding my delevery my refunfd also i order stabliser but 13days its showing already reached in my city but no delevery ,thats why i called damazon the modern east india company looting india

Even though cooler is fine trolly wrost, wheels broken inn10 days and no warrenty Or gaurntee.You have to suffer once purchased
